Benjamin Ezekiel Brown, was stillborn, December 16 2006 in Scottsburg Indiana. Benjamin is survived by his parents, Don E & Peggy Bridge Brown of Scottsburg; paternal grandparents, Melvin & Nancy Wharton of Michigan and Donald & Shirley Brown of Columbus; maternal grandparents, Marion Bridge & Mary Bridge of Deputy; great grandmothers Alice Bridge of Scottsburg & Jewell Blaylock of Deputy; brothers, Ethan McNeely & Anthony Brown both of Scottsburg, Nathan Brown & Brandon Brown both of Columbus; sisters Sarah McNeely of Scottsburg & Jenna Beridon of Michigan and a nephew.  Graveside Services: 11am, Friday, December 22 2006 at Wesley Chapel Cemetery with Scott Rosen officiating.

Margaret Zollman
, 94, of Deputy IN, died Saturday, December 16 2006 at Scott Memorial Hospital in Scottsburg. She was born April 24 1912 in Jefferson County IN to William F Renschler & Nettie Odessa McNeely Renschler. She was married December 26 1930 to Leslie Clarence Zollman. Mrs. Zollman was a former employee of the old Army Ammunition Plant, of Morgan Packing Plants in Scottsburg & Austin and enjoyed being a homemaker. She held childhood membership at Liberty Methodist Church and was a current member of Bethany Baptist Church of Deputy IN. Survivors: Son, Marvin Zollman & wife Patty of Louisiana; Daughters, Lavene LaMaster of Commiskey, Leona Fox of Austin, and Evelyn Owens & husband Lloyd of Deputy. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 12 great great grandchildren & 2 great great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sons-in-law Edward LaMaster & Berton Fox, brothers Dale & Russell Renschler, sisters Mabel Huffman, Edith Russell, Mary Ella Ball, 3 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild & 2 great great grandchildren. Memorial Contributions to: Liberty Cemetery Association, c/o Stewart Funeral Home, Inc. 80 N 1st St., Scottsburg IN 47170. Visitation: 4-8pm, Tuesday, December 19 2006 & after 10am Wednesday at Stewart Funeral Home. Funeral Services: 1pm, Wednesday, December 20 2006 at the funeral home with Phil LaMaster officiating and burial in Liberty Cemetery in Jefferson County Indiana.

Ralph C Pratt, 82, of Scottsburg and formerly of Northfield/Greenfield MA and Charlotte NC areas, died on Tuesday, December 5 2006 at Scott Memorial Hospital in Scottsburg IN. Mr. Pratt, along with his wife, had lived in this area since l998. He was born April 7 1924 in Conway MA to George & Helen Sprague Pratt who preceded him in death. Mr. Pratt was a retired dairy farmer. Survivors: his wife, Theodora Kyrias Pratt of Scottsburg IN; daughter, Christine Pratt; granddaughter, Veronica; and his caretaker & niece Gail Rosenberg and her husband Richard of Scottsburg IN. There will be no visitation or funeral services. Private burial will be in Scottsburg Cemetery.

Alice M Miner
, 94, of Scottsburg, died Thursday, November 30 2006 at Scott Memorial Hospital. She was born January 23 1912 in Scott County IN to William Franklin & Maude Florence McCoskey Arbuckle who preceded her in death. She was married to Merville Miner who also preceded her in death along with 3 brothers. Alice was a member of Zion United Methodist Church, Zion United Methodist Women, DAR, Willing Workers Extension Homemakers, and she enjoyed playing Bunco. She was formerly employed as an office manager for 18 years at Scott Memorial Hospital. Survivors: daughters, Betty Sue Dart (Leon) & Phyllis Bridgewater (Jack) all of Scottsburg; 4 grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren.  Visitation: 4pm-8pm, Saturday, December 2 2006 & after 11 am Sunday at Stewart Funeral Home. Funeral Services: 2 pm, Sunday, December 3 2006 at the funeral home with Alan Lamb officiating and burial in Scottsburg Cemetery.
