Louise
Mae Lyles, 83, of Scottsburg, died
Thursday, June 15 2006 at Scott Villa Health & Rehabilitation Center in
Scottsburg. Louise was born June 25 1922 in Clark County IN to James Elmer &
Rosa Gray Casey who are deceased. She was married to Harry Lyles, also deceased.
Louise was retired from Scottsburg 1st National Bank, a member of First
Christian Church of Scottsburg; she served on the church's courtesy committee
and the bereavement committee. Survivors: daughters, Tina & husband Clay
Arbuckle of Scottsburg, Gina & husband Eddie Murphy of Memphis; grandchildren,
Candy & husband Tom Finley of Indianapolis, Chase Murphy & Chance Murphy of
Memphis. She was also preceded in death by 2 sisters & 1 brother.
Visitation: 4-8pm Saturday June 17 2006 & after 10am Sunday at Stewart Funeral
Home. Funeral Services: 2pm Sunday June 18 2006 at Stewart Funeral Home
with Larry DeWitt officiating and burial in New Liberty Cemetery in Washington
County IN. Memorial Contributions to the memorial fund at First Christian Church
of Scottsburg.

David Lee Bennett,
60, of Scottsburg, died Tuesday, June 6 2006. David was born February 13 1946 in
Jefferson County IN. He was preceded in death by his mother, Amanda Dean
Scroggins and his step father, Thomas Scroggins and a half brother. He married
Sharon McCoskey Bennett October 14 1966. David was an active member of First
Christian Church of Scottsburg, active in the York Lodge F&AM #512, active in
Scottsburg OES #107, and involved with the Band Parents at Salem High School.
David was an employee of Haas Cabinet in Sellersburg IN. Survivors: wife,
Sharon; son, Derek Bennett at home; daughter Aimee Beswick of Scottsburg;
granddaughters, Brittany & Kendra Beswick of Memphis; half brothers: Tommy
Scroggins of Madison, Bill & wife Brenda Scroggins of Hanover, Richard & wife
Kathy Scroggins of North Vernon, Mike & wife Vicky Scroggins of Lexington; half
sisters, Nancy & husband John Wheeler of Madison, and Dora Scroggins of North
Vernon along with several nieces & nephews. Visitation: 4-8pm Friday
June 9 2006 and after 10am Saturday at Stewart Funeral Home. Funeral Services:
2pm Saturday June 10 2006 at Stewart Funeral Home with
Mike Wall & Scott Rosen officiating and burial in Mount Cemetery in Washington
County IN. Masonic services 7:30pm Friday at the funeral home. Memorial

Glen Ray "Dick" Robertson,
84 died January 28 1999 in Largo FL and Mary L Robertson,
88 died March 9 2006 in Nashville IN. They both had resided in Florida from
l975-2003 and previously had resided in the Indianapolis/Beech Grove area. Glen
was born April 15 1914 in Little York IN to Curtis & Ethel Garris Robertson.
Mary was born August 16 1917 in Washington County IN to William J & Nina
Holstine Fawbush. Glen was a retired truck driver & member of Teamsters 135.
Mary was a homemaker. They both were membes of First Baptist Church of Beech
Grove IN. Survivors: son, Richard Lee Robertson, Sr. of Clearwater FL; a
daughter, Dana J Robertson of Nashville IN; 6 grandchildren; Mary's son, Charles
Schmidt of Colorado Springs, CO. and Glen's brother Donald Robertson of Tucson
AZ.
Services: Graveside service, 11am Wednesday June 14 2006 at Gater Cemetery
with Alan Lamb officiating. Memorial Contributions to Gater Cemetery Association

John Edwin Blunt, 77, of of Big Bend WI, died Monday, May 29 2006 in Brookfield WI. John was born July 13 1928 in Wisconsin to Grover I & Dorris MacCauliff Blunt, who are deceased. He was a graduate of West Division High School, U.S. Army Radio School, served in the Merchant Marines in the North Atlantic l944-l945, the U.S. Army l948-l952, and was a member of the American Legion Post in Glendale WI. Survivors: brother, Delano Blunt of Big Ben WI & a sister Patricia N Hammond of Wauwatosa WI. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers & 2 sisters. Graveside services: 11am Saturday June 10 2006 at the Little York Cemetery with Mark Morecraft officiating with military graveside services at the cemetery
