Wilma Lucille Kemp Miller, 80 of Scottsburg, died at Hickory Creek of Scottsburg on Saturday, November 25 2006. She was born March 13 2006 in Painesville OH to John H & Mamie Campton Kemp who are deceased. She was also preceded in death by husband, Robert Miller; a son, Edward Silakowski; and a sister, Thelma Fagersten. She was retired from Cummins Engine and a former employee of the City of Scottsburg. She attended Scottsburg United Methodist Church. Survivors: sons, Jerry Silakowski & wife Karen; John Silakowski & wife Linda all of Scottsburg; brothers Matthew Kemp of Scottsburg & Dallas Kemp of Florida and 6 grand & great grandchildren. Visitation: 5pm-8pm, Monday, November 27 2006 at Stewart Funeral Home. Thelma L Mayo, 86, of Scottsburg,
died at her residence Friday, November 24 2006. She was born February 1 1920 in
Jeffersonville IN to Irbit H & Gladys McCutchen Sarver, who are deceased. She
was married to Carl Mayo, also deceased. Thelma was formerly employed at Central
State Hospital in Indianapolis in the clothing department. She held membership
with First Baptist Church in Scottsburg IN, was a former member of VFW Auxiliary
in Mooresville IN, a member of VFW Auxiliary in Crothersville IN and a member of
Scott Memorial Hospital Guild. Survivors: daughters, Janet Bratcher (husband
Bill) of Shelbyville KY, June Butler (husband Stan) of Columbus IN, Phyllis
Littiken of Louisville KY; brothers, Clinton Sarver of Salem IN & Loren Dean
Sarver of Edinburgh IN; sister Lois Shepard of Austin; 10 grandchildren, 5 great
grandchildren & 3 great great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a
sister. Visitation: 11am-2pm, Monday, November 27 2006 at Stewart

James Todd Fox, 42, of Scottsburg, died at his residence, Thursday, November 16 2006. He was born June 26 1964 in Scottsburg IN to Jesse James Fox and Connie A Smallwood Stewart. Donald Joe
Shepherd, 63, died November 11 2006 at his residence in Lexington IN. He was
born December 4 1942 in Clark County Indiana to Kenneth & Lorene Bower Shepherd.
He was married to Dorothy Jenkins Shepherd. Donald was formerly employed at
Glastron Boat in Vevay, at Rex-Nord in Madison, at Jones Trailer Sales in
Hanover, the old Army Ammunition plant in Charlestown and retired in May 2005 as
a heavy equipment operator with Hanson Agregates in Lexington IN. Donald is
survived by his mother, Lorene Shepherd of Lexington; wife, Dorothy Shepherd of
Lexington; his daughter, Paula Bartholomew & her husband Tod of Cincinnati OH;
grandchildren, Jessica Bartholomew & Nicholas Bartholomew of Cincinnati OH and
many aunts, nieces, nephews & cousins. He was preceded in death by his father
Kenneth Shepherd & brother David Shepherd. Memorial contributions to American
