Helen Lowe, 73, of Scottsburg, died Friday, December 14 2007 at Washington County Memorial Hospital in Salem IN. Helen was born December 31 1933 to S. S. & Cora Anderson Decker who are deceased. She was married to Pastor Richard E Lowe, D.D. who survives. Helen held an Associate Degree in Business, was a homemaker, and a member of Temple Baptist Church. Other survivors: brother, Solomon Decker of Shepherdsville KY; sisters, Marie Tillis (Tom) of Venice FL, Irene Duvall, Mary Esther FL, Martha White (Farley), Mary Esther FL, Lillian Ramsey (Bob) of Brodhead KY; 3 grandchildren, Angela D Gray (Chris) of Dothan AL, April L Brown of Ringold GA, Valerie J Lindon (Steven) of Westland MI; and 5 great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Cathy L Morgan; 3 sisters, Mary Alice, Dallas Mae, & Lucy; & 2 brothers Tommy & Herbert.
