Helen Lowe, 73,
of Scottsburg, died Friday, December 14 2007 at Washington County Memorial
Hospital in Salem IN. Helen was born December 31 1933 to S. S. & Cora Anderson
Decker who are deceased. She was married to Pastor Richard E Lowe, D.D. who
survives. Helen held an Associate Degree in Business, was a homemaker, and a
member of Temple Baptist Church. Other survivors: brother, Solomon Decker of
Shepherdsville KY; sisters, Marie Tillis (Tom) of Venice FL, Irene Duvall, Mary
Esther FL, Martha White (Farley), Mary Esther FL, Lillian Ramsey (Bob) of
Brodhead KY; 3 grandchildren, Angela D Gray (Chris) of Dothan AL, April L Brown
of Ringold GA, Valerie J Lindon (Steven) of Westland MI; and 5 great
grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Cathy L Morgan; 3
sisters, Mary Alice, Dallas Mae, & Lucy; & 2 brothers Tommy & Herbert.

39 & Hwy 56 west, Scottsburg IN. Celebration of Helen's Life: 6pm, Wednesday,

of Crothersville IN, died
December 6 2007 at Heritage House in Seymour IN. She was born October 10 1916 in
Joppa Alabama to Samuel James & Princie Lee Cranford Rigsby who are deceased.
She was the widow of Deward Kenneth Street. Also preceding her in death were 3
brothers and 2 sisters. Lear Bell was a homemaker and a member of the Church of
Christ in Scottsburg. Survivors: sons, Sherrell Street & wife Judy of
Crothersville IN, Farrell Street & wife Margaret of Crothersville IN, Edward
Street & wife Helga of Brown County IN; daughters, Barbara Combs & husband Gene
of Seymour, Judy Wright & husband Kenneth of Lillian AL; 12 grandchildren; 23

Carl I Chilton, 74, died Friday, November 30 2007 in Scottsburg IN. He was born February 9 1933 in Jefferson County IN to Issac Smith & Freda Lichlyter Chilton who are deceased. Carl married Sue Nicholas on June 26 1983 and she survives. He was retired from American Can in Austin and a member of First Christian Church of Scottsburg. Survivors: his wife, Sue Chilton; brother, Tom Chilton of Madison IN; sister, Betty Fleenor of Indianapolis IN. He was also preceded in death by a brother William Chilton. 92, of Austin, died November 30 2007 in Scottsburg. He was born June 20 1915 in
Lawrenceburg IN to Charles Wesley & Mary Elizabeth Heustis Fletcher who are
deceased along with 2 sisters and 1 brother. He was married to Kittie Holland
Fletcher, who survives. Robert was previously employed at the war department in
Cincinnati Ohio during WWII and at the Jefferson Proving Grounds, He was retired
from Morgan's in Austin. He held memberships with the Baptist Church in Austin,
the Murat Shrine, the Indianapolis Valley Scottish Rite, and the Hopewell F&AM
#80 in Dillsboro IN. Masonic Memorial

She was married to Wilson Bridgewater who preceded her in death September 18
2007. Margery was a homemaker and a member of First Southern Baptist Church in
