Mae Stewart, 89,
of Scottsburg, died Wednesday, September 26 2007 at Scott Memorial Hospital in
Scottsburg. She was born November 24 1917 in New Albany to Earl B & Ruth
Woelflin who preceded her in death. She was married to Charles M Stewart and he
also preceded her in death. Ida Mae was a graduate of Scottsburg High School and
was a retired co-owner and funeral director of L. B. Stewart & Son Funeral Home
from l939-1986. She was a member of First Christian Church of Scottsburg,
American Legion Auxiliary, Psi Iota Xi, Scottsburg Order of the Eastern Star
#107 and also past worthy matron, and seniors bowling league. Survivors: son,
Philip L Stewart & wife Marsha of Scottsburg; daughter, Jerilyn Kay Thomas &
husband Rick of Blairsville GA; Grandchildren; Tracey Mullins & husband Tim,
Todd Stewart & wife Sharon, Brent Thomas & wife Dora, Erin Stewart, Shannon
Bothwell & husband Andrew, Leanne Floyd & husband Carnell; great grandchildren,
Holly Stewart, Kaylee Thomas, Sarah Thomas, Kaleb Davoudpour, Alicia Davoudpour,
Tyler Bothwell; sisters, Lenora Lori of Sebastain FL & Gladys Sieviking of
Pittsburgh PA. She was also preceded in death by 2 sisters, Mildred Armstrong
and Dorothy Maupin. Visitation: 4-8pm Thursday, September 27 2007 and
after 9am Friday at Stewart Funeral Home. Funeral Services: 11am, Friday,
September 28 2007 at the funeral home with Larry DeWitt officiating and

Roy "Red" Hall,,
68, of Scottsburg IN died Thursday, September 20 2007 at St. Catherine Regional
Hospital in Charlestown IN. He was born May 7 1939 in Charlestown to Austin &
Corrine Haycox Hall who are deceased. Glenn was married to Phyllis Eldridge Hall
who survives. Glenn was retired from American Can as a fork truck operator and
was a member of New Providence Baptist Church. Survivors with his wife are: son,
James G & wife Michelle Hall of Seymour; daughter Jessie Annette "Ann" Hall of
Louisville KY; brothers, Parvin & wife Linda Hall of Henryville, Austin M Hall

Bridgewater,
93, of Scottsburg IN, died Tuesday, September 18 2007 at Scott Villa Living
Center in Scottsburg. He was born August 30 1914 in Scottsburg
to Oscar & Lula Lutes Bridgewater, deceased. He was married to
Margery LaMaster Bridgewater who survives. Wilson was retired as a plaster
contractor and a member of First Southern Baptist Church in Scottsburg.
Survivors along with his wife; son, Jack Bridgewater & wife Phyllis of
Scottsburg, daughter, Phyllis Ramoni & husband Fred of Pekin; grandchildren,
Kristopher Bridgewater, Kimela Bridgewater, Gary Langdon,& Gregory Ramoni and great grandchildren, Bryan Sivelle-Ramoni, Brittany Langdon, Brandon Langdon,
Ashley Langdon, Baird White. Also preceded in death by 6 brothers, Dutch
Bridgewater, Fred Bridgewater, Earl Bridgewater, Roy Bridgewater, Frank
Bridgewater, Herb Bridgewater, and a sister, Florence McClellan.

Mary Elizabeth Miller,
91, of Scottsburg, died Friday, September 14 2007 at Lake Iola Assisted Living
for the Elderly in Scottsburg. Mary Elizabeth was born September 21 1915 in
Scott County Indiana to Hayes & Lula Richey Gray who preceded her in death. She
was married to Virgil Miller and he also preceded her in death. She was a
homemaker and a former nurse and a member of New Providence Baptist Church.
Survivors: her caregivers and cousins, Sue Carol & Don Collins, Marvin & Clara
Marie Moon, & Bob & Phyllis Dean all of Scottsburg. Visitation: 4pm-8pm,
