Willie Helton, 37, of Austin IN died Saturday, December 27 2008 at Hosparus Inpatient Pavillion in Louisville KY. He was born March 15 1971 in Florida to Willie Helton and Frances Turner. He was married to Marsha Wilson Helton. He was preceded in death by his father, Willie Helton. Mr. Helton was a member of Broadway Church of God in Austin IN. Survivors: wife, Marsha Helton of Austin; daughter, Destiny Helton of Austin; sons, Jeremy Wilson & wife Tasha of Austin and Christopher Shaw of Seymour; mother, Frances Robinson; sister, Sharlina Helton of Austin; and 3 grandchildren, Alexis Wilson, Jaxon Wilson, Kylie Campbell. Visitation: 4-8pm, Monday, December 29 2008 & after 9am Tuesday at Stewart Funeral Home. Bennie W Rigsby, 60, a lifetime resident of Scottsburg IN, died Tuesday, December 16 2008 at Scott Memorial Hospital in Scottsburg. He was born May 27 1948 in Scottsburg to Murl & Wanda Brock Rigsby, both deceased. Bennie was married to Cheryl L Williams on March 18 1972 in Jeffersonville IN. He was the former owner of Rigsby Insurance Agency in Scottsburg; a member of Scottsburgh Lodge #572 F&AM; and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force as a Crew Chief Leader. Survivors: his wife, Cheryl L Rigsby; son, Trevor Rigsby; daughters, Lori LaMaster & husband Tim and Jamie Tharp & husband Mike all of Scottsburg. Brothers, Steve Rigsby & wife Leslie & Brad Rigsby & wife Teresa all of Scottsburg. Grandchildren: Emily LaMaster, Ashley LaMaster, Megan LaMaster, Kailey Tharp, Tyson Tharp & Caitlyn Rigsby. Beulah G Buxton, 91, of Scottsburg IN, died Friday, December 5 2008 at Scott Memorial Hospital in Scottsburg. She was born July 7 1917 in Fowler IN to Mark E & Alta May McDaniel Stark, deceased and was married to Leland Buxton also deceased. Also preceding her in death were 2 sons, Ronald Buxton & Gerald Buxton and a daughter Lorna Pound, a sister and a half brother. Beulah was a retired as head cook at Johnson school, was a member of Temple Baptist Church and the Widows Club.
