William Thomas (Tommy) Jones, 53, a resident for the past 2 1/2 years in Scottsburg and formerly of New Albany IN, died Thursday, January 3 2008 at Scott Memorial Hospital in Scottsburg. He was born April 9 1954 in Covington KY. He was formerly employed at Big Lots and was an avid fisherman & enjoyed spending time with his family. Survivors: mother, Bonnie Forbes; daughter, Sondra Malott; brother, Raleigh Forbes, Jr. (Kathy); sisters, Sondra Miller, Carol Young (Donald), Pamela Palmer (Rodney), Geraldine Miles (Albert), Vickie Vest; a grandson, Michael Malott. He was preceded in death by his father, Raleigh Forbes. Graveside services: 11am, Saturday, January 5 2008 at Lexington Cemetery with Pastor Mike Jones officiating.
