F Hendricks, 80,
of Scottsburg, died Saturday, March 1 2008 at Clark Memorial Hospital in
Jeffersonville IN. Herbert was born December 4 1927 in Jennings County IN to
Arthur F & Rachel Allen Hendricks who are deceased. He was married to Gail
Donahue Hendricks who survives. Herbert was a retired truck driver for Allied
Systems, a member of First Christian Church of Scottsburg, and Teamsters Local
89. Survivors along with his wife Gail: daughter, Connie LaMaster & husband
Randy of Scottsburg; grandchildren, Stephanie Toler & husband Matthew & Kim
Abbott & husband Bill; great grandchildren, Alex Toler & Chloe Toler; sisters,
Burnette Galliher of Crothersville & Shelvia Lane & husband Chester of
Morgantown and several nieces & nephews. Visitation: 4-8pm. Monday,
March 3 2008 & after 9am Tuesday at Stewart Funeral Home. Funeral Service:
11:30am, Tuesday, March 4 2008 at the funeral home with Larry DeWitt officiating

Scottsburg, died Friday, February 29 2008 at Scott Memorial Hospital. Earl was
born June 7 1927 in Jonesville VA to Olin & Ollie Vandeventer Jones who are
deceased. His first wife, Ruby E Jones also preceded him in death along with a
sister, Viola Daugherty. His second marriage was to June Hawn Jones, who
survives. Earl was formerly employed with Kelly & Wilmore Telephone Construction
in Scottsburg and was a member of World Outreach for Christ Church in
Scottsburg. Other survivors along with his wife June: son, Danny Wayne Jones (Berna)
of Freetown IN; stepson, J.D.Hawn of Scottsburg; daughter, Ruby Ferne Jones of
Scottsburg; stepdaughters; Anita Lareau (Allen) of San Louis Obispo CA, Linda
Wallmark (Eric) of Scottsburg, Diana Ridenour (Mark) of Hodgensville KY, Marilyn
Spencer (Joe) of Scottsburg; brother, Jack Jones (Nancy) of Alexandria VA;
sisters, Anne Wilson of Paoli IN & Mariella Carroll of Orlando FL;
grandchildren, Jamie Jones, Amy Jones, Sara Beth Jones, Jessica Hawn, Jeremy
Sweetland, Joseph Sweetland, Dr. Julie Sweetland, Tina Ison, Tommy Spencer,
Shannon Parnell & great grandchildren Amber Sweetland & Alexander Sweetland.
Visitation: 4pm-8pm, Sunday, March 2 2008 and 10am-1pm Monday at Stewart
Funeral Home. Funeral Services: 1pm Monday at the funeral home with Pastor Jim
