Russell Edward Barker, 40, of Indianapolis IN, died February 10 2009 at his residence in Indianapolis IN. He was born December 13 1968 in Hammond IN to Ed & Phyllis Hall Barker who survive. Mr Barker was a certified welding inspector & level 2 radiographer; a member of Franklin Church of Christ; and served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Mobile. Visitation: 10am-1pm, Wednesday, February 18 2009 at Stewart Funeral Home. Funeral Services: 1pm, Wednesday at the funeral home with John Bowling Jr. officiating and burial at a later date in Sodom Cemetery.
Lucille Ferguson Bayer, 86, of Deputy Indiana, died February 11 2009 at Hospice Inpatient Facility in Columbus IN. She was born August 14 1922 in Louisville KY to James Frank & Lula Bentley Truax, deceased. Lucille was a former care giver and nurse and held a membership with NRA. Survivors: daughter-in-law Barbara Ferguson of Deputy IN. She was also preceded in death by a son, James Fletcher Ferguson, Jr.; a brother & a sister. There will be no services.
