Kenneth Thompson,
80, of Greenwood IN and formerly of Scottsburg, died at his residence Sunday,
June 14 2009. He was born April 14 1929 in Lacon Illinois to Walter Lee & Luzena
Miller Thompson who are deceased. Kenny held a career as an insurance agent and
real estate agent. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, Shrine Club, a former
Democrat County Chairman & 9th District Chairman, recipient of the Scottsburg
Lion's Club Basketball Award, a Sagamore of the Wabash & a Kentucky Colonel.
Survivors: wife Jeannette Thompson; sons Kerry Thompson & wife Jan and Kevin
Thompson & wife Lana; daughter Denise Smith & husband Joe D., stepsons Dan
Church & wife Leigh and David Church & wife Linda; 8 grandchildren Angela & Andy
Ard, Emily & Christian Blome, Luke & Jenny Smith, Adam Thompson Caitlin
Thompson, Brian Thompson, Jennifer & Kurt Thomas, Laura & Cooper Phillips; 4
great grandchildren Annabeth Ard, Carter Blome, Hudson Thomas & Tucker Thomas;

born July 14 2009 in Scottsburg to Homer & Georgenia Misamore Barrett who are
deceased. She was married to Herman Moore on September 11 1975 in Scottsburg and
he survives. Eva was co-owner of D & E Abstract & Title in Seymour and a member
of Austin First Baptist Church. Survivors, with her husband; daughters Chasady
Ann Hines & Rodney, Natasha Michelle Williams & Kenny, & Erica Nicole Moore all
of Scottsburg; 3 grandchildren Kalee Hines, Hunter Williams & Shelby Williams;
brothers Homer Barrett & Vanessa of West Liberty KY, James Benny Barrett of
Austin, Gerald Barrett & Melissa of Scottsburg, Terry Barrett & Anitsa of
